At LA DOLÇA, we aim at 100% customer satisfaction. Our team takes all the required measures to ensure top quality of the products and smooth delivery. We use fresh ingredients to make the products and our delivery partners take utmost care while delivering the order.
Given the nature of our products, we are unable to allow the return of the order. Therefore, we have placed restrictions and allow a return in rare circumstances only. Once the customer has placed an order, we do not accept cancellation. We will not refund the price money if the customer chooses to cancel the order.
However, we understand that mistakes may happen in a few circumstances, and prevent us from completing the right order. In such cases, we request customers to contact us and our team will look into the issue.
Customers need to pay the amount in full while placing the order through LA DOLÇA. We will not provide any refund in case the customer cancels the order. In case the order does not live up to the expectation, we request customers to share their feedback. However, we would not refund the money for such complaints.
